At Oiceme Beach Towels, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. You can always contact us for any question at oicemeservice@outlook.com. However, if you find the need to return a purchase, please review our policy below:

 

Actions Required by the User

  • To start a return, you can contact us at oicemeservice@outlook.com.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Applicable Situations for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Received damaged or defective items.
  • Incorrect product(s) received.
  • Dissatisfaction with the product(s) ordered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Other reasons deemed valid by our customer service team

Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the order. After contacting our customer service team and receiving confirmation, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days.

Refund Duration

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on the payment method and financial instituhtion policies, and that except for damages, defects, or shipping errors, a 10% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all other reasons. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at oicemeservice@outlook.com.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at oicemeservice@outlook.com. Kindly include your order number and reason for return in your message. If your return is accepted, you need print a return shipping label and stick on the package. Then we will send you an email instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by Oiceme.

For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds may exclude any initial shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.
  • Please ensure to securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Except for damages, defects, or shipping errors, a 10% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all other reasons.

Please note that this policy is applicable only to purchases made directly through Oiceme Beach Towels. For products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers, their respective return policies apply.
